A: Sample orders are acceptable. Please contact us for availability.

A: Samples can be free, but they incur shipping costs.

A: We DON'T charge handling fee for sample order which ship by express.
Q: How long is the lead time for shipments?
A: In general, the lead time is about 30 to 45 days. Please confirm an exact delivery time frame with us, as different products and quantities will have varying lead times.
Q: How are products packed and shipped?
A: Normally, products will be packed in exporting cartons. If you have any special requirements, please inform us when ordering.
Q: Do you know how to package work for Amazon FBA?
A: Yes, we do, so we can help you to arrange the shipment.

A: T/T, PayPal and L/C are accepted. Trade Assurance is welcome.
Q: What is your MOQ requirement?
A: Low MOQ, so you don't need to worry about the stock and no need to rent a warehouse. It also depends on the product which can range from 100-500 pcs. Please contact us for product specific information.
Q: What is your MOV requirement?
